Good service, but shipment link was vague initially.

Had to order new tri-pod and it was fairly cheap to do so. But the shipment link i got was from italy, with zero actual information. After contacting the Laserpacker helpdesk i got the right information and was satisfied with the shipment after all. quick and friendly replies, and the product was here in a week (from china), thats fine!
