To which countries can be delivered?

Orders placed on de.laserpecker.net can only be delivered to addresses in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Switzerland.

How much does the delivery cost?

We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders.

Depending on your needs, you can also select express shipping at checkout. The shipping costs for express delivery will be €50 to €100.

When will my product be delivered?

We do our best to process your order within 1 - 2 business days. Generally, all products sold on de.laserpecker.net are always in stock. For pre-orders, please refer to the information on the respective product pages to determine the estimated dispatch time.

Single machines, machine-accessory bundles and parts of accessories are shipped from the local warehouse in Germany by DHL/DPD/GLS. You will usually receive your package within 2 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.

Separate accessories and materials are shipped from the warehouse in China by DHL or other reliable carriers. You will usually receive your package within 8 to 20 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.

* Orders to Switzerland are all shipped from China warehouse. The delivery takes 8 to 20 business days in average.
