A huge and heartfelt thank you to all of you. Your support and enthusiasm for the LX2 motivates our team every single day. Today we have important news regarding the shipping status of all outstanding pre-orders.
We are pleased to announce that the production of all remaining LX2 units has been completed and they are now being shipped in batches from our factory.
The current shipping status
As you may have already seen in our community groups or on social media, the first customers have already received their LX2 devices and unboxed them. For everyone else: Your devices are now on their way.
The final step in this journey is shipping the batches to regional logistics centers around the world. Once a batch arrives at a regional warehouse, delivery services handle the "last mile" to your doorstep. The exact delivery time depends on when your batch arrives at the regional logistics center.
To give you the clearest possible picture, we have summarized the expected timeline below.
Estimated arrival times at the regional logistics centers
The following table shows when shipments are expected to arrive at the warehouse in your region. You can use this as a guide to when your shipment tracking information is likely to be available.

Note: These are estimated arrival dates for your shipment at the regional logistics center. Final delivery will take place shortly after this date. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your shipment has been scanned by the local delivery service.
Start with the LX2 and the beta software
The official launch of the beta software for the LX2 will be completed on Monday, November 17th .
If you have already received your LX2 and would like to use it with the beta software, you can simply download it from our software page .
